Vehicle-borne millimeter-wave radar transmits millimeter-wave outward through antenna, receives target reflection signal, and quickly acquires physical environment information (such as relative distance, relative speed, angle and direction of motion between vehicle and other objects) around vehicle body after rear processing. Then, target tracking and recognition are classified according to the information of detected objects, and then combined with vehicle body dynamics. The information is fused with data and processed intelligently by central processing unit (ECU). After reasonable decision-making, the driver is informed or warned by sound, light and touch, or the driver is intervened actively in time, so as to ensure the safety and comfort of driving process and reduce the probability of accidents.
